Pre-Tender Phase

Design Phase

  • Gathering requirements, design stages, and coordination between disciplines with licensing authorities.

Tender Phase

  • Preparing contract documents, understanding their importance, and pricing.
  • Administrative contracts (Law 182) – types of tenders and methods of bidding.
  • Technical evaluation criteria and how to submit a financially successful bid.
  • Types of contracts by pricing method.
  • International contracts (FIDIC – Red Book): key clauses, rights and obligations, variations, and price adjustments.

Reviewing Documents & Pricing

  • Identifying risks using RBS (Risk Breakdown Structure).
